The $100 a day thread

What I've done is take months to build a lot of proxy sites. Lots of submission and SEO. I have a couple sites, actually my second site I ever launched, that is my biggest earner. Real solid 1-2k hits a day without and ongoing promotion. I also have some other sites that get some good traffic. Personally, I find the best way to get good traffic is SEO.

15k is throughout my whole network. I have 3 sites that get anywhere from 1k to 3k hits. And the rest are 100-800 a day or so. (75 sites).

I also have all my iran traffic redirected to one... I don't count that in any numbers, but that stupid site brings in a good solid 6-7k hits a day..lol...need to find a way to monetize that. But anyways..hopefully that helps.. I guess just age of the site has shown me the best results. Just launch em, keep promoting, and over time it will build a solid user base. My 2c

Recently I just submit 2 new proxy websites of mine to my usual proxy toplists (proxy.org, tech-faq, etc etc) and as always get a really huge traffic on the first and second days however that's it... the next day till now the traffic really drops down to 50 - 300 visit a day...

I am wondering what's going on... normally if I submit a proxy website, it'll get huge traffics for about 1 - 2 weeks then consistent traffic around 300 - 600 visits for another month or so...

Any ideas?

Coincidentally, I had a drop in visitors too last week. I don't know why but it reminded me of the importance of link building which is what I should concentrate on now.

I have noticed traffic drop last week. A good 30%. I imagine it'll turn around.

There has definatly been a drop in traffic to my proxies over the last week. I know the Uk has had half term (1week off school) so maybe that has had something to do with it.

I got paid a few other portions of the sum, that had come in through other affiliate networks.

Aah.. I think that's why... ok, i'll start another submission project within this week and see what happen... I'll report back here...
