Any tips on what niches to build say blogs around that may attract such high cpcs? e.g. movie review, TV show review i.e. stuff that we can actually write quality original content on. Say for example, you blog about a law drama, maybe you can get law firm Ads on your blog? Or a blog about celebs that had cosmetic surgery go wrong. Am I thinking along the right lines?

I am trying to find a common denominator between my sites and any of those terms, but nada.
For blood type dating go here. If your blood type is rhesus negative, go there. If you are bored and feel like liking a Facebook page, hit this one.

I've seen people posts lists of the highest paying keywords for adsense on forums everywhere throughout the years but I don't pay attention to it. I created a blog in a niche where I know I can write my own content myself and not pick a niche that I have no clue about.

Real estate, lawyers, car insurance seems to be a good high paying niche but i'm not a expert in those fields and I won't outsource content to be written for my blog. With Google's updates, writing original blog posts is what I do. I'm not a good writer at all but at least it's original content and not spun. I don't focus to much on adsense earnings even though I have 3 ad blocks on my blog. I focus on affiliate marketing with some PPC marketing to get money.

Once and awhile I'll get a good click that's worth between $5 and $10 which makes me want to take a few shots of alcohol but the next day it's back to the same old numbers.

If you know that you can provide the content for the high paying keywords then by all means create that site and make it awesome but focus on getting good rankings and keeping them or your adsense earnings won't be as good as they can be. Ad placement is a key thing also. I still experiment every 6 months with new ad locations to see what converts better or to mix things up as my visitors get ad blindness.

This isn't a business model. Definetely not movies and TV though mentioning high CPC terms may get you are few nice clicks. But usually the high payings ads disappear within a few days.

Another thing is that at this point in time MNS sites are a dying business model due to recent Google updates. But with that said, I would build a bunch of two pages websites and then pick the winners after 3-6 months.

B2B, health, medical, legal and real estate are all high paying niches. But you may not have interest or expertise in these fields.

The developed world has an aging population so health products and supplements are good niches. It easy to become an expert in this field. Buy the product and try it or give it to somebody that needs it and ask them to give you a review.

How about bone marrow match by blood type in cancer treatment and chemotherapy for leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, lymphoma, or sickle cell anemia and the importance of White blood cells and blood stem cells.

It's a double edged sword to target high cost keywords. The cost to create the content is high and the content is difficult to outsource. On the other hand, the barrier to entry is high. I agree that you need to know something about the topic. But you don't need to be an expert.

One thing that I can say is that a webmaster that targets mesothelioma with garbage content is going to get their adsense account banned.

A big problem with buying outsourced content about real estate, lawyers, car insurance is the content usually isn't specific enough. Even though the keywords pay well, you will never make any money on shallow content.

Traffic is low. But I got two $11 clicks today on one of the ad units. If I can get one click per article per month I'm straight.

I don't want to give anyone the wrong ideas. Simply starting a website whatismesothelioma isn't going to make to you any money. 1) The thing is to find a niche where there's a need for information. 2) Don't parrot other people. Identify a question and provide answers. 3) This is hit or miss. Start out with a 2 page website and you should know from there whether you have a winner.

I cannot go back there, too much hatred these days. I prefer here where it's more chill.
