Thread: Adsense Check Lost Reissue EFT payments

That is the old email address that I tried, but I have not received any response. Everything that I have received from AdSense over the past two years comes from adsense-noreply@google.

I found a form where a missing EFT payment can be reported, but looks like it is only for when a payment has been issued, but not received. In my case, there is no record in my account that they tried to transfer the payment. Nonetheless, I reported the missing payment there, as well.

If I don't get a response in a couple of days I will call their headquarters to see if there are any living, breathing bodies in there.

Unfortunately (and annoyingly) EFT payments aren't available in all locations.

The AdSense team did finally reply to the adsense-support@google.com e-mail, so that address is still valid.

Apparently they are aware of the problem with some members not getting paid in October and they are working on it.

EFT is not available in some areas due to the laws and banking systems in those countries. I think your country's banks have to accept the world standard and adopt to it. Compliance rules are very strict.

That is strange though (on why you're payment is late). Did you change any of your payment details in the past 60 days or so? Mine came EFT at the usual time before the end of Oct.
I have a couple of affiliate payments a month that come by check with the respective company just not offering EFT, Paypal, etc...annoying. It does give me two things to use my iPhone for now...one is to play podcasts in the car going to/from work, the other is to deposit checks to my U.S. bank (in Germany)...

Nope. Nothing has changed with my account for over 6 years. This is the first time I have not received a payment before the end of the month.

Here is the message:

While your earnings were correctly calculated and are securely stored, system issues have prevented us from displaying your correct earnings total and issuing your October payment, even if your account exceeded the payment threshold.

We're working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as we can and will post an update on our known issues page as soon as we have additional information to share.

An issue with EFT shouldn't take that long. It should be fairly easy to determine whether an electronic payment was issued.

They did acknowledge a problem with October payments and they say they have fixed it, but I have not yet seen payment.

All they did was acknowledge the problem and they sent me a link to the AdSense Known Issues page.

I received my missing August payment at the end of November. That's a three month delay on a lost check.

I got my payment via EFT last month. It was for 3 months of commissions.

I'm surprised that you had the issues with the EFT payment.

The adsense check envelope looks like junk mail. So, I'm not surprised that it get tossed if the mailman puts it in the wrong box.
