There should be an alternative, people cannot relay on just a few answers. I'm pretty sure there will be something else as a replacement, just not available for everyone, as I guess the email from Google Adsense got spammed a lot by unhappy people etc. That's not where it is for.

They should add a contact page in the management pannel at Google.Com/Adsense, without emailing but with a ticket, and if the answer time would be less than 3 days that would be great stuff. Eventually they could add some 'maybe this is what you're looking for' boxes to make sure not 99999 questions are asked over and over again.

Just my vision about Google Adsense and what could be done better

The majority of Google revenue comes from AdWords ads displayed on their own pages.

It seems that they are now seeing AdSense as an unnecessary hassle.

Does that mean we might see 'End of Google Ads' in near future? Cos if majority of revenues come from their own Adwords ADs, why do have to stick on to Adsense then! Why just close support, why not whole adsense program!

Haha, they might make a lot from their Adwords on Google itself, but they sure make tons of money from Adsense too... People like Will that are earning $50,000 per month, than you should now Google only pays 25% (or 50% or 75%) so that means Google gets $100,000 for example and they only pay $50,000

So that's quick money for them without doing a lot (well they do a lot with their 'human' algorithms )

I don't get it. If it's even a 'bit' profitable to Google why does it want to degrade it by withdrawing support instead of encouraging more people.

    More people = More Money!

What plans does Google have after all?

I fully agree with your reply, but maybe these people that gave support costed too much for Google, and they've been given time to write articles instead about asked problems

Well in the end, it's a shame from them that they removed their support..

Yeah, you know what your follow-up post should be Will? Something like "Nr 1 Evil Doer on the Web -- Google" Sub Heading -
"Taking Over as the Son of Darth Vader...er Microsoft"
They exhibit very 1990'sish Microsoft behavior towards other companies and people, and in some ways worse behavior than Microsoft ever did in their "crush the competition days of delivering a 70% complete product early to gain market share", yet we hold off on fighting back because of free email, Adsense being the reason of the re-birth of eCommerce, etc....
Think I'll go back to enjoying Memorial Day. Thanks for the post.
    Cheers, James

It takes forever, you just have to be consistent to get through. I was actually about to give up on the 20th try, but I actually got someone and they helped me fix my ads and it got me back on track to earn some
