I am unclear of something want to know. Can you have AdSense and porn on the same domain?

As you will see they have an adult area they have NO google ads in the adult area.

But in places that are not adult they have Google ads.

Is this OK as long as the Google ads is not on an adult page?

That seems OK, because the Google AdSense Program Policies specifically state:

Publishers may not place AdSense code on pages with content that violates any of our content guidelines. Some examples include content that is adult, violent or advocating racial intolerance.

I think it's a gray area since they also want you to mention their use of cookies in your privacy policy which may be linked to from the mature content pages and imply an association with G and these pages.

Anyway, would it be worth it since the Ads may not be relevant?

grey area = high risk, google might terminate the adsense account

Yeah, I typically run and hide when it comes to the gray area with Google. They usually just terminate you.
