It is mandatory to have a "Privacy Policy" on each and every site that displays Adsense.
Just because many sites don't have one, doesn't mean it is okay not to have one too.
Google has sent more than one mail to its publishers regarding this....didn't you guys get it?
:panic:I use blogspot. How to get a privacy policy? Don't know anything about it.

It is a requirement for having a privacy policy and advisable to have a copyright policy too with a link to where someone can contact you with copyright violations or inform of violations of your own materials, it has helped me immensely
