Adsense Privacy Policy - Google Official Answers

You can find a few answers for your FAQ's here:

Inside AdSense: Answers to your interest-based advertising questions

I found this a pretty useful post!

Now I need to update a few dozen sites, and I'm serious when I say Google will start hunting down everyone without a valid Privacy Policy.

I think I need to figure out a way to do this with php so it will auto add the site name to the right spots and some how just echo one file from one location. As its is a serious pain in the ass to keep up with these freaking changes. Lets me know I have to many sites when I have to do this.

I love how they don't actually give us any real answers, and the vague mention of including the privacy policy in the blog sidebar almost suggests the entire policy should be displayed in the sidebar rather than just a link to it.

    That would be virtually impossible...

What I don't like is the requirement to specifically mention the DART cookie. That sounds like a virus to me.

I'm still not sure what Interest Based Advertising is all about. Does this mean that AdSense will start displaying DoubleClick ads on our sites? Can we opt out of this?

It looks like we are supposed to update our privacy policies to include the three bullet points on the Google Help page, including a link to the Google Advertising and Privacy page that allows users to opt out of Google advertising.

    Am I interpreting this correctly?

I hope you aren't expected to put it in the sidebar, if this the case, with my privacy policy and my blog template, the sidebar would stretch too far down, I estimate that it would be four page scrolls down.

Yes you can use an include to pull on file, then in that file it will have another include to pull from the titles list pretty easy to do but don't have the time just yet LOL I guess I should start with my Privacy Page first LOL
