I got approved in a weeks time when i started with my blogger blog. LOL ...
That was how i started..
Blogging with a blospot subdomain blog.
I earner ~100 $ with it. Gave 50$ to my friend. Invested back the remaining $50 in another domain and......
I'm still making $$$ with that particular domain...
Thanks to payperpost .com
They gave the starting 20$ for a post about their own service..![]()
I believe you can get around it by applying with a Blogspot blog.![]()

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

I never heard that the site had to be six months old. You could always buy a site that already had earning and use that to apply for an adsense account.
I don't believe that you require that much old site (6 months) for the approval.
On the adsense support forum, I found a reference that "Your site must have been active for at least 6 months before you apply for AdSense"

It's odd how Google's changed... Only a couple of years ago... I signed up with a week-old proxy domain, and was approved within 3 minutes.![]()
