I read through this. Most of it is general information that almost everyone is aware of. It is, however, a good comprehensive overview.
There was one issue that caught my attention because I had not heard this before.
pages 63 - 64 "One of the strangest results that people have had using AdSense is that putting keywords in particular places on the page can have an effect on the ads the site gets. The most important place on the webpage is directly beneath the AdSense box."
Does anyone have any opinion or thoughts about this?
Erm, Will - you may want to ensure that you have the thumbnail generation for the PDF extension disabled.
Fixed! Thanks for the note.

That does seem to match some real strangeness that I've seen with AdSense hyper-focusing on irrelevant text in some of my site footers.
I'm sure we've all seen sites covered in irrelevant ads for Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, vBulletin, phpBB, etc... because of footer links.
I am a huge proponent of using section targeting to keep AdSense on track.

This indeed does work very well. It has provided excellent results on one of my forums and one of my blogs, and it never, ever shows an irrelevant ad anymore.
