Exactly.

This combination will give more emphasis to the ads in the page. In my case, I have a black background and white text. I have my ads title colored to yellow and the text to white (same with page). I am getting 2 digit CTR for this combination as the ads are very visible to the eye.

I am using the grey text. I followed what some experts said. I use simple theme. Black header background with yellow header. Green sidebar background with link of pages and adsense link unit almost looking the same.

This ensures good conversion when I have main add 360* in center.
