Hi,

Can someone please explain how to use this?

Competitive Ad Filter is what you use to get rid of the low paying ads right?

How do I know what ads are low paying?

Still trying to understand this stuff.

You need to enter the urls of the sites that you want to filter.

AdSense Setup tab>>Competitive Ad Filter link>>click Add / Edit Sites>>Click Save Changes

1) Set up channels and watch for low paying channels.

There are two methods of obtaining the destination URL of an ad: the AdSense Preview Tool, and viewing the link Properties.

2) (This part is tricky) Identify MFA sites. The MFA sites use arbitage to pay for a couple cents for traffic so that they can make 10x or more for a click on their site. You can use AdsBlackList.com - An initiative by Concept Business Systems Ltd
to help you or get a feel for them yourself.

Ads Blacklist is the only one I know of. You will need to start making your own list. It basically like throwing out junk mail. Just watch the channels on your high traffic sites and start cleaning out the channels that supply the 1 cent clicks.
