i have seen on many site that they customize adsense. is google providing that facility or we can do that.

yes we can customize it inside the adsense account.

That depends what you mean by "customize".

You can do some pretty nifty customization using Manage Ads, including setting the font and font size now.

Google Premium Publishers get a lot more options.
