getting frustrated with adsense :(

Hello guys!!

Yesterday noon i just applied for adsense, I got surprised that, i have got a very quick response from them. I got a mail from them that

We did not approve your for the reasons listed below.

Issues:

Domain ownership not evident

Okay fine, I just confirmed my ownership as they asked. And just resubmit my application last night, And i thought surely i will get approved like

But in the morning i have got a reply that, it says

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Issues:

- Difficult site navigation

And they give further details as

Further detail:

Difficult site navigation: While reviewing your site, we found that it
was down. Google ads may not be published on a site that is not fully
launched, functioning, or easily navigable. Once your site is
functioning and has enough content for our specialists to review, we
will be happy to reconsider your application. If there is a typo in the
URL submitted, you can resubmit your application with the correct site
by following the directions below.

Can anyone please help me that what exactly i have to do?

Did you try that method that I sent you awhile ago if so did it work as it worked for a friend about 2 months ago.

Screw adsense, if you have enough traffic sell advertising space directly. Also try out affiliate links.

Are you sure your site was up and running all night? I mean, are you sure there wasn't a problem with the server or so?

Also, you might want to add a privacy policy there as they might refuse your application if you don't have one.

You can resubmit, but I'd try to have more content there, add a privacy policy, etc before trying again.

I suggest you read it carefully and add it asap as I don't think they'll approve your site without it.

Google requires an addition to the current privacy policies (Like there are Disclaimers too) stated that the Ads displayed on the website uses DART Cookies.

Read the thread that Shenron gave to you, and it should all be clear
