Without a valid reason they never ban anyone as far as i know.

I got rejected by adsense, for the reason as under construction, But i think my site is constructed well, It has 15 articles, Way2Health

And also having PR1, I don't know what is the problem, It will be great, if someone explained me what is the problem. .

I believe they only accept sites that are at least 6 months old. Looks like your site just passed six months today/yesterday, so that may be the reason for rejection.

There is no real average.

CTR is based on your layout, your ad layout and niche; CPM is based on your CTR and your niche.

You could well be smartpriced. You may need to reconsider your layouts/ad layouts.

I've never experienced less than 5% CTR - except for when running proxies.

The webmaster niche makes the proxy niche look good.
