HIGH CTR at one channel! could it flag my account?

Today i checked my adsense account and was disappointed with result of one of my channel.

Its footer adsense banner leaderboard which got 4 clicks with just 6 impressions.
This resulted in CTR 66.67% for that channel.
The eCPM showed $0.00 and total Estimated earning was also $0.00 for these clicks.

It increased my today's CTR to 10.70%
I was worried that one day's sudden hike in CTR can flag my account!

I am not able to understand the reason how just 6 impressions can result in 4 clicks, all i can guess was, single visitor might have checked multiple ads!

Can u please give any idea why this could happen?

YES!

I have a CTR of 150% on one of my adspaces for a week (basically getting clickbombed by someone) and google disabled my adsense account.

Fortunately I was able to sign up for a new one.

well, i suffered the same fate, and got my adsense disabled... thats too sad.
isnt there a way to prevent urself from getting click bombed?

It may be possible to use an ad server i.e. adspeed.com and set frequency capping to a number of impressions.
