How to find if a domain Banned from Adsense ????

1.How do we find if a domain is banned from adsense.

2.One of my sites where i placed the adsense ads showed the ads in some pages but the public service ads in some.
    Why is that ???

    3. Can we have adsense ads in General blogs that are not specific to a niche ??

    Thanks!

You will see it if the color of the PR toolbar is grey rather than green or white and if a PR bar is disabled

That is not unusual if it is a new site that the AdSense spider has not yet indexed. The AdSense spider is different from the regular Google spider. It can also do that if the content is too brief or not focused on any identifiable theme.

Yes. Just make sure that each pages focuses on a topic and you have enough content on each page. Blogs where people post just a few sentences will not work well with adsense.

Toolbar PR has nothing to do with AdSense and will not affect the display of ads. The Toolbar PR will be gray if the page is new or it has been penalized. The most common reasons for a gray toolbar PR on mature pages are duplicate content or insufficient content. Try to use at least a few hundred words of unique content on each page.
