Important Questions About My Adsense

I installed adsense on a few sites. Since my girlfriend and I run sites together, we share one adsense account. (all of our stuff is on the same IP)

Today we added a code to her site, and then we went out for a movie. Came home, and in about 6 hours time her site had earned $13.

I noticed that the ads were from reputable places, like ORBITZ and some other big companies. Do they have a higher click pay rate? What determines how much an ad click pays? Will she be penalized for so many clicks in such a short time span?

I don't have an answer specifically for your question, but one thing I know is always email google to make sure to let them know your concerns and that you're not doing anything illegal, avoid getting banned.

Just email them and they will let you know if there's anything wrong.

If all clicks genuine then no need to worry at all as they (adsense) know which clicks are genuine and which are not.

They. haha, that sounds so threatening.

That's a nice sum for 6 hours, if you did not click on your own ads, there is nothing to be worry.

I didn't. This thread is a bit outdated now. My current earnings are like, $15 since then. I also emailed them and they said all was well.
