This is the best advice. You should write a book like Joel.com has
Quote:
Place Ads Above the Fold
"The fold" is industry jargon for "the part of the page that the user sees without scrolling down". This will vary depending upon the resolution of the users screen and the size of their browser window.
Place as many ads as possible above the fold. Ads placed below the fold are seldom seen and seldom clicked.
Place Ads on the Left
Web users are accustomed to seeing menus on the left side of the web page. Move your menu to the right and place your AdSense ads on the left.

If only Will was like Joel Comm.
Whether he agrees or doesn't agree, Will Spencer is a huge inspiration and is also an amazing coach.
Even though he calls himself a very bad coach and mentor, he's the best i've had so far and i will ever have.
If Will did come up with a book of that sort, i'd promote it real crazy and make sure he succeeded

Joel's first AdSense book is pretty good. I haven't kept up with all of the sequels.

That sounds like hard work. I'm avoiding hard work right now.

You can appeal, but Google doesn't
often pay any attention to appeals.
It's usually easier to start a new corporation at a new physical address and apply from the new corporation.

That's exactly what Will kept telling me, and I tried it 5 times and got re-banned.
Finally, I decided to appeal to adsense with my huge folio and credentials etc.,
They decided to look up, take notice and reinstante my account
