The Site Diagnostics report isn't Google saying that it has blocked you -- it's Google saying that you have blocked them.
I bet your Site Diagnostic report has a lot of entries which look like this:
Your robots.txt is blocking the AdSense MediaBot from some of your pages -- but not from your entire site.

This has nothing at all to do with the Allowed Sites list in your AdSense Setup. That's a list of sites where you are telling Google that it's safe you display your ads. That can't grant the AdSense MediaBot special permissions to ignore directives your robots.txt file.
In general, I would not worry about those errors in the Site Diagnostics report. You can't (safely) display AdSense ads on browse.php anyway.
