    These are good target customers.
    Those countries only earn 0.01 ecpm on the yeildmanager. Isreal might earn more. It depends what network your using. I seen Mediashaker paying more for Isreal then united states but then I saw another network (harrenmedia) paying only 1 cent ecpm.. Your mileage may vary with cpm ads. With adsense you cant know anything, they do not disclose how much they pay for different countries.

    I block China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Iran, and Nigeria. A lot of those inheritence scams (419 scams) come from Nigeria. I've also had a lot of bad web hosting signups from there before I blocked them.

    Any idea how to do that with GeoIP? I've looked up the .htaccess code to do just that all over the place but couldn't find it.

    Just block all countries and delete the ones you don't want to block, geoip is not like htaccess, it wont take forever to load or
    edit this line in your geoip code

    if(in_array($country, $badcountry))
    header('Location: http://YOUR-SITE-GOES-HERE/403.php'); //enter an url or page on your site
    ?>

    In a way that it says that all the countries not listed in $badcountry get redirected

    Insert "!" without quotes to have the statement swapped.

    Example Before swapping:

    if(in_array($country, $badcountry))
    header('Location: http://browsew3.info/'); //enter a url or page on your site

    ?>

    After swapping:

    if (! in_array($country, $badcountry))
    header('Location: http://browsew3.info/'); //enter a url or page on your site

    ?>

    I don't think that people will click on ads in languages they don't recognize, just because they don't recognize them.

    I travel all over the world and I see AdSense ads in all sorts of languages -- on English language pages.

    Yeah actually I do. That says "Israel" in Arabic.

    You should probably call it a "language" since that's what it is; one of the oldest ones as well

    I control GeoIP via .htaccess. I have already tried it the way you suggested where I block every country except a few. I guess you're right, it isn't going to take a long time to load since GeoIP is pretty compact. Still wondering if there is an easier way, though.
