What should be Page CTR on average?

What is the average value of Page CTR in adsense.

Might be hard to get a perfect percentage as it violates G's TOS to share CTR but I would suspect for bloggers a 2%-4% would be about average.

I have big problem with CTR, I never had it over 0,5%!

It's really odd... I had a CTR of 12-15%, about a fortnight ago... Now, I added 5 new pages, and promoted them pretty heavily (upping my pageviews by about double)... But my CTR has dropped to 2-4%.

And where are your visitors coming from? (I mean for these new articles)

CTR depends a lot on topic, theme, traffic sources, etc.
I have something around 4-5% on average, but it varies a lot from site to site.
