Cheap Banners (125x125) on Blog

I'm selling a 125x125 banner on this blog - its PR2 and receives around 100-300 visitors a day on average and has over 400 subscribers.

Banner will be placed sitewide on the sidebar.

1 Month - $10
3 Months - $25
6 months - $45

Banner will be placed half way down the sidebar - above the fold on most screens.

You know when you ask for stats, you can find out 80% or more of the answers you need through the free versions ofcompete, Site Profile for feint.me (rank #247,728) | Compete, and semrush...feint.me - SEMRush's main report for domain for ads that are less than 3 digits in cost...

I wouldn't be so quick to rely on those, though.
I can personally prove that they're both wrong and inaccurate.

Right, for smaller numbers (I can't remember what their definition of small numbers is, but don't think I have a site that qualifies for anything above this)...they become estimated so you have to take the #uniques as a low estimate most of the time.

They do show enough to prove if the seller is "faking" PR and lying about traffic (in this case he is very honest and not since the sight shows sustained traffic with a jump in Jan equating to his estimate of unique views per day). SEMRush gives me an idea of the keyphrases/words bringing in traffic, etc. If I was buying advertisement space, the info stated in the thread with the info from those two tools would give me enough data to feel comfy with the purchase.
Course, if I was going to buy a 125 x 125 ad, I would go with a PR 3 business site
