This is a big issue for Affiliate Marketing. Does it pay to monetize with Amazon when you may be dropped at any time?

Only a few states don't have sales tax:

    Delaware
    New Hampshire

If you live in any of the states that are changing the rules for tax collection, and you engage in affiliate marketing, your business is in jeopardy. ABestWeb has a long list of online merchants who are dropping their affiliate programs in a state every time that Amazon drops theirs.
