yeah, 24 hour is best.
I use 12-hour clock.

IMO 24 hours is more for military :D
18 hundred hours :D (example)
12 hours, never really see 24 hour formats on forums.
It could be good if you include it as an option rather than forced though.
I voted for 24hr, because my sleep "schedule" is so screwy that I seldom know if it's day or night!
Add Windows to your room and it'll be easy for you to know whether its day or night :D.Quote:

Isn't there an option to let you choose between 24hour and 12hour on a per-member scale? I prefer 12-hour.
24 hours is so much easier since I'm used to it. I can't seem to remember which one is when it's night and when it's day.. I remember AM as after midnight.. or is it after midday?
See? It's too difficult
vBulletin uses the php date function for time output.
The default output format is h:i A. 24hr time would be H:i.
How about a compromise: H:i / g:i A?
How about... 23:56 time? :p
The time is actually wrong on your forum. Although I've seen on some its right. I think there is supposed to be an option in forum software for setting your preferred timezone, but I do not see it on your VB install.
Like Right now my post says posted at 10:36 AM but its actually 6:36 AM on my clock.
Edit: I found it. Its in profile.php?do=editoptions
