Check Proxy RBL on New User Registration

I doubt this will be a panacea, but I have installed Check Proxy RBL on New User Registration.

This plugin will make it slightly more difficult for spammers to register accounts here using known web proxies.

will it block proxy servers/ips ?

By default, it blocks proxies listed on these real-time block lists:

dnsbl.ahbl.org
proxies.dnsbl.sorbs.net
list.dsbl.org

And these known proxy IP's:

216.127.72.7
207.234.209.125
209.173.128.203
66.98.168.78
85.195.123.26
65.110.6.40
63.208.219.40
