That is the vB advertise plugin.

Yes, It is again showing error at the top of few threads

What those errors mean is that someone purchased ads from the NB Store and then moved the graphics which the ads are displaying.

Check the URL's.

http://bruv.org/styles/avalon/imageset/site_logo.gif and http://www.webeserve.com/images/PPS.jpg are both 404.
