Market Place Threads

I have noticed that the market place created threads disappear almost immediately from first page, any setting required for it?

N I feel that BST threads should not be used to chat or say something not related to thread or do commentary !

I have seen many threads where people just post without any reason ! Even when they don't have to buy or sell anything.

Are you ordering those threads properly?
Have you tried clicking "Last Post" on the top in order to re-sort those?
