Marking individual threads READ while in SEARCH.

This is yet-another-thing-I-wish-I-could-do-but-can't on my own forum, so I'm suggesting it here

While I am looking though 'new posts' and/or 'today's posts' I sometimes wish I could click individual threads on the list (like inline moderation) so that I can mark them "read" to help cut down on the list so I can better focus on different areas.

As in, I'd love to run through the list and mark off all the WTS/WTB threads so I can get a better look at the other areas.

This is kind of like what can be done in your email inbox... and is a feature I use a lot while running my inbox. Its also something I assume others use.

And while I'm at it, I'd LOVE to be able to make a few of the other thread I have read as UNREAD so that I can get back to them without needing to subscribe to them.

I know there is the Mark Forums Read link but, I'd like more

Yes, I guess something like that... but was envisioning something more along the lines of inline moderation.

*ponders* I looked for that once & didn't find it. I'll have to see if I like it enough for my own board.

Could you look at it to see if you like it enough for yours?

Any clue what mod that is? I plan on tweaking out my forum soon and that would certainly be a plus for my members.
