Probably multiple groups for large countries.

Why are these country based forums required? Is this done to facilitate threads in local languages?

NB is an international webmasters forum where members are allowed to discuss various topics but NB India is a private forum where various things about India are discussed.It has been built for friendly discussions about India and not for discriminating members in the forum.Not only this but even non-Indian NB members can participate and become the member of that group.The people who like India and like to know about it can become a member of NB India.

Cewl, let's hope everything goes well Now it's just waiting for me, till some more Dutch people sign up to the forum

Each and every member can join NB India who is interested to know all about India.
I think there can be more details about India on various topics and subjects.
