Oh... that's not usergroups, that's user titles.

The user titles are currently defined as:

Unknown Net Builder 0
Newbie Net Builder 10
Net Builder 100
Experienced Net Builder 500
Senior Net Builder 1000
Master Net Builder 2500
Ultimate Net Builder 5000
Insane Net Builder 10000

Don't know the meaning but that's a custom title.

That is odd. I rebuilt titles and ranks and yours refuses to change.

Go to User CP and then Edit Profile to set whatever user title you like.

yes, you are not newbie for NB but newbie in webmaster section. you have only 170 approx. posts in webmaster related section which show that you are newbie,

I think you didn't understand it correctly. If someone has 100 posts and above, he will be Netbuilder.

Because when someone signs up he has 0 posts and is called Unknown.
And after he has ten posts , he is called Newbie.
