I will log out of Google to remove all personalization factors.
Even now, I log into Google with Firefox -- but I use Opera when I want "real" search results.
No sir.
I am extremely mobile. I plan to be in Singapore on 15 August, but I will use Google.com instead of Google.sg for search results.

I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.
One way to make sure you aren't getting any personalization in your search is to strip the results by adding this code at the end of your search &aq=f&oq=&pws=0&pwst=1 &hl=all
Or a friend of mine created a SEO It! bookmarklet that you can use in firefox. This might eliminate the chance of getting personalized results.
It really does work and is helpful when checking SERPs also strips out some of the sponsored results as well. Just a thought for checking final results.

That's fine and dandy if you log out, but by August that may not be possible.
I suspect that personalization is coming a lot sooner than we think. That's all I'm saying about that.

This contest is quite fun even though its like only a few days old. I've already moved up to the first pageand added a few things like Google analytics.

My Sulumits Retsambew Slide just went down a position to number three. Now I need to optimize that again back on track. Optimizing Web2.0 is a thing that needs more attention towards ! I like the idea of this contest..It is just 2 days into the contest and it is getting tremendous popularity. I have't got a reply about the Scorecard/Leader ? Can you just answer to my question, Mr. Will ?
That's spooky -- but very possibly true. I can always install a new VM with no cookies (etc...), but it may not be so easy to prevent Google from knowing me by my IP address.
I think that's going to have to be a "best effort" thing. Although... it doesn't have to be me who does it -- anyone can publish an unofficial scorecard.
