I remember the organizers saying the final ranking will be checked on Google.com and their location might be in Singapore.

Since the word "might" was used. So what if it is not at Singapore, where will it be?

I am very mobile. If I don't get my paperwork done, the Singaporean government may politely request that I become even more mobile.

The Philippines sounds nice, and New Zealand could be fun.

I believe he will be checking results on Google.com not .uk or .sg or whatever.. no matter where he is.. Only datacenter may give bit different results.
