It works for me though, try looking via SurfAll.Org

Nope, you have a looping 301. Redirecting to itself.

The only reason I see things like this happening is when you are attempting to 301 redirect non-www to www or the other way around.

Or...

redirect the index file to a plain slash like

domain.com/index.html to domain.com/

But its done improperly that a recursive 301 is happening thus causing timeouts.

I can help you fix it, either with a .htaccess file or with a conditional PHP redirect. I will tell you how for a sitewide link from your site to mine.
