Just a suggestion.

We should have a casino area, where we use the $NB to play. But this is once everything gets sorted out.

Not sure if its been reported, but when your logged out on the default theme, the NetBucks shows to guests in the navbar/header area.

These answers are being developed. The system is under test.

No answers soon.

Possibilities include:

Exchanging credits into cash with Cash Conversion
Members creating their own shops with vBCommerce

But all of these things introduce possible bugs and potential exploits and they will have to be extensively play tested. This will not be a quick process.

I personally don't like the idea of credits to money conversions, especially on marketplace forums.

I remember being on a forum that did this, and the value of trades in the marketplace became sooo low because people got under the impression that 35,000 credits (only $5) was a lot of money, and would never pay more than $3 worth of credits for a full website template. Real deals became impossible to do, although I did make a little money off of it, taking advantage of the weak system.

I'm not saying this would happen right away, but over time, it would get worse and worse.

Beside, it will be nice to have something concrete before we all become billionaires and not doing anything with it...

Gambling is only illegal if it's real cash involved, otherwise sites like pogo.com would be gone. That is unless you plan to give payouts in real money lol.
