I am proud to announce NetBuilder's first contest!
I am also nervous to announce our first contest, as the number and variety of things that could go sideways appears daunting.
This contest will not be about the
number of posts, as the last thing we want is a high volume of low-quality posts.
Instead, this will be a competition to create the
best post.
The contest will run from right now until 12:00 Noon on January 20th, as measured in Greenwich, England.
Prizes will be as follows:
- 1st Place: $100
- 2nd Place: $50
- 3rd Place: $25
Prizes will be awarded via PayPal.
Posts will be judged by the NetBuilders moderators -- who are not eligible to participate . (Sorry guys!

Posts will be judged based on criteria such as:
- Usefulness
- Comprehensiveness
- Accuracy
- Originality
- Spelling, grammar, and readability
Post which start new threads will obviously have an advantage, but a very helpful and comprehensive response to another members post could easily win also!
Posts in the General Chat forums will have a very difficult time winning.
