I concur -- and the "rules" in DP's P&R forums are even more bizarre and nonsensical.

I'm sure that when there'll be many members the infraction system will be a MUST! How can you stop all scammers, spammers etc etc

Spammers just get deleted; scammers get publicly ridiculed.

Infractions don't have an effect on either group.

Change the phrase infraction to Smacks or Slaps or even lashes .
