No Support Forum?

Is there no support forum, for where members who are having issues can ask for support? My issues is my post count, the forum is not tabulating the amount of posts that I have correctly, it says that I only have 2 posts, but I have clearly made more than just two post here on the forum. What is this error? and how can we resolve it?

Hi Bio,

Your post count is only counted in certain areas of the forum I am not sure but I think this was done so it would eliminate spammers and people from just making junk post to build up post count to sell sig link.

Hi BiologyWebmaster, post counts in General Chat do not count on your total or for Netbucks accumulation to help prevent folks from yabbing about the color of the sky, favorite fish, etc from over-inflating post counts from general spam, etc.
