Moving the website out the USA is out of the question I think, since all Will's servers are in USA and it's faster than from other countries.. 'think', 'think' & 'think' :(
How about starting NB Club or Group
Where member can donate and that NB cash can be use as member of the month or other things, event etc, I am not very clear on that as not though much about it. Just an Idea.

Unfortunately, it's illegal at this point.
