Only 1 Thread for Free Themes

If you look at the Themes - Net Builders forum, you will notice is is completely full of Free WordPress themes from just a few authors.

The problem with this is that members who don't make too many themes, or want to sell individual themes will get their threads buried in a day when one of these 'power themers' will come along and post all of their promotions.

My suggestion is that if you are going to make a free theme, theme database, or something like that, you should just have one centralized thread where you can keep posting your new themes and information. This won't apply to people who post once in a while, just people who plan on constantly updating us with new themes.

This way, when I want to make a proxy theme once in a blue moon, my info thread won't go to page 4 because of a bunch of free WordPress themes

This is really a nice idea,

people who is creator of wordpress themes, come here and start posting his all gallery one by one into theme section. so if they have 500 themes then i am sure that they will create 500 thread in few days.

I second this idea. Definitely would be useful and help keep things organized.

Would just require an update sticky in that section and moderators could merge threads already there if the author posted a lot.

I do agree also. There're so many similar threads of few authors. Useful threads are getting buried beneath them. These kinds of threads must be merged as soon as possible.

I just notice one more point,

till now here no too much people for sharing and theme section have only 5pages means there are only 50 thread approximate.

so i think till now no need for this type action, its help NB to fill with good content.

Those massive numbers of threads aren't submitted by humans at all. If you respond to the threads or send the "authors" a PM, you will never receive a response. They are forum spammers using some sort of script.

We can't really ask them to post in one thread, because they aren't humans -- they can't process our request.

But also, who cares what they want? They aren't community members, they are just spammers -- and spambots at that!

I just deleted over sixty threads by one of the spambots. We can't block the spambots effectively, because they keep switching IP addresses.

There are now only four pages of posts in the Themes forum, and all but a few are from NB community members that I recognize.

and bot also not spam forums, they just post themes and we cant say it spam becaz all is good themes, and related to sections, the only problem is that they making new thread for each theme.
