Ohh stop it guys, HomebizSEO and Andrew stop it. Think for a sec is this post count really that big issue. I completely agree with you HomebizSEO and to some extent you too Andrew but Please don’t flame up the argument. Stop picking points and behave like an adult as all of us are, we can argue prove our points but there is no point in saying who is a scammer and who is not. Just my opinion

We're not fighting. I just thanked homebiz in my last post and suggested we keep it as a 'constructive discussion' (you might not have seen my post before I posted it)

I think posting part should leave to members and other part to Admin we must be very sure they are great and very capable people who will take the decision in the interest of NB only.

To me it is a discussion. My post count did not drop at WTF. What one thinks is better to post about, whether it is web related or not is a matter of opinion.

Really Did you not post once in GC the whole time you were there?

They still keep post count in the general chat and WTF hideout.
    You misspoke.

It was a long time ago, was it just in the games section.

It did not worry me loosing those posts anyway, otherwise i would not have suggested the idea.

Now that is a great attitude!

That's what I had to do, in order to be able to keep my post quality reasonably high in the webmaster forums.

This brings up one question which has caused me intense confusion.

Why would non-webmasters choose to chat on a webmaster forum?

I just can't make sense of that. It makes me all dizzy when I try to think it through.

I think that homebizseo is mostly talking about general chat between webmasters -- but a lot of the people in General Chat aren't webmasters and they don't have any real interest in the topic.

I'm not saying this is a good or a bad thing -- I am saying that I can't even begin to understand it. It would never even occur to me to join a forum for plumbers or accountants. I just wouldn't think of the idea naturally.

I can register a new domain and create a new forum for general chat. We could be huge. We could be bigger than MySpace!

And I very much appreciate this.

I've run small forums before, but I've never administered a forum of the size NetBuilders is going to become. This is an intense learning experience for me.

I think it's time for me to listen more instead of talking more.
Submit Your Webmaster Related Sites to the NB Directory
I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

Thanks Will, I have no more reason to post in this thread because I believe you will make the right decision to fix this issue

Well, Will I can tell you about myself why I join the Webmaster forums.

I was wanted to learn about the marketing and promoting my business sites as I do not wanted to depend on the webmaster, for each and every changes or anything we have to follow him/her and always at their mercy.

While doing this just started to enjoying my stay kind of live interaction with good and knowledgeable people.

IMO it is your duty to listen, speak and take the right action.
