I've reduced the time to 15 seconds.

Can you reduce the time between reporting posts also ? 60 seconds is too long...
I think the current report post waiting period is fine because once you report a post, I would assume the moderators check all other posts by that individual.
I report posts on a very regular basis. I notice a lot of spammers come around at 2 - 6 AM EST.

As I've said, those are Bots, not real people, which means that yes, it's being done automatically. ;)

There must be something we can do to put an end to their efforts. Have you guys looked into that vBulletin modification that makes users check a box that says "I believe this is the best location for this thread." or something? Maybe that would work. (Just brainstorming here.)
That mod won't help much, bots are getting clever by the day.
Until we start getting a MASSIVE amount of spam, I don't think we should worry that much, after all we need to keep our mods busy. :p
