Thread: Some things i would suggest

First, it is about the template. I am not a big fan of totally changing a theme (i know that changing it too much can bring headaches each time the script would get updated) but i believe that at least the colors should be changed. It would give some personality to the forum.

Second, some menu tabs dont redirect properly and until this will be fixed, perhaps you should consider disabling them.

The owner of the forum is aware of the issues you found. We have had serious problems with vBulletin upgrades and custom themes not working correctly. He is working to get the issues resolved, but this is not his full-time job so it takes time.

Disabling the non-working tabs is a good idea.

Well, if there is nothing wrong with the vBulletin installation, should be checked the .htaccess file, the Friendly URLs, the Site Name / URL / Contact Details [ *Component URL ] setting, and the links in the new menu system. I had some redirection problems on my vB due to a bad menu configuration.

I know this forum has extra features and the .htaccess file might contain more than the standard vBPS code ..anyway, i wont say a backup should always be made, as i am sure you guys know this already
