    How do you mean "spoiler tag" in this context? A spoiler tag is usually used to hide text from people, but allow them to view it if they want to.

    Image size issues are mostly solved by attaching images to the post instead of using IMG tags.

    but some ppl will direct link to their own photo (img tag), the size of the photo might be slightly too big for normal browser .....

    I've never seen that happen. Yes I've seen high-resolution images, but mostly the webmasters are smart enough to link to the URL and not to put the URL between the image tags

    Yes, but those folks won't use the [spoiler] tag either...

    Well, if the problem here is that some images are too big...

    I use this on my debate forum:
    [ame=http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=176531]Image Resizer - vBulletin.org Forum[/ame]

    Apparently though, it's currently lacking support and updates (but what updates are needed for such a simple too?) so there is also this, if the above does not work:
    The Image Resizer. Powered with Lytebox / Highslide / Lightview / and many more! - Page 10 - vBulletin.org Forum

    Problem solved?

  9. Thanks for the pointer! I set that up -- lets see if anyone complains.
