Thread: Suggestions how to lure people here from DP

Yes but we don't really want all those scammers from DP (which there are plenty of) coming here and ruining this places Marketplace

Scammers are everywhere. You cant keep them away. If NB grows(which am sure will), there will be zillions of scammers here too lol.

As long as we can keep this forum as friendly as it is now, there won't be any problems. No one wants to scam his own friends.

Thats not true either. The last scam i faced($3k) was from someone whom i knew for for last 2 years, he is from my country and i have met him in past too.

So u never know who scams u.

But seriously, how did that happen?

Well, the scammer will come anyway, once the forum grows to have more buyers, but with the right rules and reinforcement we can keep them away much better

Ahhh... thats a long story, leave that apart lol

Thats what i was saying, leave the scammers part apart bcz they will come neways, we just need to grow and everyone needs to keep his butt covered. That should be the solution for the scammers.

I think that it´s time to kick back and let it happen, because I know that it will. We need a fun contest and then just be ourselves. People will want to join here. We need the exposure. A contest will bring people. A contest will not keep people here once it´s over (remember Earners Forum?). We have everything that a great forum needs. So now it´s time to do something fun and people will come here whether we want them to or not.

Well people usually from DP IM me asking about my hosting services and I talk for a bit then I throw the NB stuff at them like hey you should join netbuilders.org it's a heck of a lot better than DP and most of the time they follow me >_<.

Here is my suggestion everyone bribe Buffalo and have her ban them all and in the reason why have it say join netbuilders.org
