Thats exactly what happened in my case too. It was months ago though.

hmm i dont like it. very ugly and bright.

logo looks alright. forum colors too fluorescent.. or something.

Too bright imho.
I like the overall style, but the colours... hmmm... nope!

Naw, that's not how I want Net Builders to roll on it's bicycle.

Blue and orange, despite being opposite each other on the colour wheel, depending on the shade... Always seem to look pretty ugly together.

The light blue gradient is ugly. It looks bare, because it is too light. The background colour is too bright, distracting you from the main content which should be grabbing your attention.

Thanks for ur feedback, now i know how much u hate my first template.

Im only kidding, i like it, but i like childish designs, so, can anybody suggest how you would want the forum skin to be like?, i know it's my job, but i can use some help.

1. Follow the K.I.S.S. rule (keep it simple, stupid).
2. Look at other people's designs that work effectively (example of my own Web site: I Knew It!) -- to find proper colour contrasts that work well together.
3. Avoid trying to display an "embossed" effect -- it never works, and ends up looking like a rough border (refer to: http://www.ihowd.com for an example of what not to do).
4. Keep to one set of colours, you're pretty darn adventurous and going a little over the top if you think you're going to get away with orange and light blue.
5. Blue designs are popular.
