In response to a member request, we recently installed the IWT - Time Spent Online vBulletin mod.
This is what shows the time spent online for every NetBuilder in each of their posts.
After we installed this mod, several other members requested that we de-install it.
So now it's time for a vote!
What is your opinion? Should this modification stay or should it go?

For me its not calculating time right anyways at this rate it will look as though I live here. Doesn't seem to stop for me keeps climbing even though I am not hereWas at 3 days and some hours when I asked about this the other day now I am at 6 days

Well, I don't see any added value in it, imho that is just another mod that adds even more load to the forum.
I'd remove it.

I don't think it uses a load resources from the forum, just a little bit but the hole forum software uses at least hundred times the load of what the spent online mod usesShould I stay or should I go now...

Well, for me I don't care.. It's cool as it is here, you can check some people who kindly post but are a lot on the forum which means the content is pretty usefull..

Isn't there a way to make it optional in the user panel?
Personally, i don't think its very useful. Sometimes i'm having a netbuilders tab open while i'm on another website or doing the dishes

Exactly, and also, one can just leave the site open all night to inflate results.
Timeouts? Well, you have the "ReloadEvery" plugin for FF.
