VCC Sales Are Allowed
Until someone shows me that VCC (Virtual Credit Card) sales are illegal, they are officially allowed at NetBuilders.
VCC's are very useful for many of our forum members, because VCC's allow people to buy products and services which can only be purchased with a credit card.
