Hello, I think do follow sites with pr could increase the ranking of a websites. Any article lists of do follow sites with PR?

Thanks for the good resources and ideas.Anyway, blog commenting it help for ranking also but most of .edu .org blog are no follow.. Any tips how to find do follow blogs, which is .edu or .org sites.

One way is to search on a term that is likely to be used by a site that has do-follow links such as "we have do follow", "link love". "no follow disabled" etc. Just my idea
