Personally, I've only submitted articles to EzineArticles. Should I just stick to the one site or try and expand things by using other articles sites as well.

If so, what are some good ones?

I submit article to Ezine first and after it get approved submit it to some other directories such as GoArticles.com, Articledashboard.com, Articlerich.com, Amazines.com etc.

I wouldn't recommend to put all yor eggs in one basket. Also it would give your sites a better link profile having article links from some of the top sites as well i.e. buzzle, articlebase, GoArticles, and articledashboard.

A lot depends on how many articles you have available. If all I have is 20 articles, I would leave them all at EZA. But with 50, I would start to spread them out to the top sites and start to do some mass submission using articlesnare.
