Just to let you know what I liked the most was the Google PR prediction, it is really very accurate although I know there's no such thing as a 100% prediction tool but this one is one of the closest tools that will predict your PR based on current statistics.
Also their other tools are very useful, very flexible and advanced unlike other tools I've seen which only provides you with the basic stuff.
